1. By accessing and using BilPayU, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. BilPayU provides an online platform to facilitate bill payments and other payment-related services. The Company acts only as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of services provided by third-party billers or merchants.
3. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while registering and using the platform. BilPayU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
4. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and OTPs. Any activity carried out using the user's account shall be deemed to have been performed by the user.
5. All payments are subject to successful authorization by the respective bank, payment gateway, or financial institution. BilPayU shall not be liable for transaction failures caused by banks, payment gateways, network issues, or other third-party service providers.
6. Once a payment has been successfully processed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except as permitted under our Refund Policy. Users are advised to verify all payment details before confirming the transaction.
7. BilPayU reserves the right to charge convenience fees, service charges, or other applicable taxes for the services provided. Such charges, if applicable, will be displayed before the payment is confirmed.
8. The user agrees not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. Any attempt to misuse the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
9. BilPayU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, including delays caused by banks, payment gateways, internet failures, or force majeure events.
10. BilPayU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.
